David M. Lam, P.E.
Founding Principal · Professional Engineer, Texas
David is a Texas-licensed Professional Engineer with more than 25 years of experience across federal, state, municipal and land development work. His design background spans residential, commercial, industrial, mixed-use, parks and trails, public infrastructure, military facilities, airport runways and electrical substations.
At the City of Dallas Engineering Division, David worked with development teams and public departments and helped improve standards, policies, software and review processes. In private development leadership, he coordinated project teams, consultants and contractors. His focus remains bringing public organizations, developers, engineers and contractors to the same table.
